Here is our vote for you as Realtor of the Decade. As you probably remember, we chose you because of your testimonials online and your honest straight-forward approach. Although you never met us, you helped incredibly on an offer on a house that unfortunately we never got. You spent a whole week showing us houses when we came to Port St Lucie and although we didn’t buy at that time, you stay in touch with us and vigilant to our needs. What amazed us most is the honest answers to our questions. Instead of trying to convince Eryka that the kitchen has a lot of cabinets, you gave us very important information about PSL, code, hurricane issues, and most of all the climate of the housing market in Florida in general and Port St Lucie in particular. By the time we left in April, you knew what we were looking for and we gained a lot of confidence in you. When you sent us an email with pictures and info about the house we bought, you were spot on. It was just what we wanted. And, when your lovely wife told you that she thought both of you should buy the house, it was all we needed to know. The pictures you sent were INCREDIBLY accurate of what was there. The information you sent was precise and exact. I have to tell you. I never thought we would buy a house in Florida without seeing it first, but we think that is a testimony to your devotion to our desires and our trust in you. We love our house and are looking forward to the rest of our days in Port St Lucie. You earned the dinner at the Outback. I hope both of you enjoyed it. You will continue to be more than a Realtor but also a friend.

Choosing a realtor is almost as important to us as choosing a spouse.
